Did Putin’s Special Operation into Ukraine stop two brand new US Biolabs from opening?

Henlo frens, I think I’ve found something important.

I’ve been sitting on this something for a whole week, thinking I’m just a small anon and surely another more skilled, more well known, anon would also soon stumble across this and share it. But its been a week. And its starting to seem relevant give the current news cycle. Maybe others HAVE found it and it’s nothing… or maybe I am just doubting myself and actually stumbled on something important.

So in an effort to get this info out there, and let my frens decide if it is something or nothing, here is my first attempt at ever compiling my research into something shareable:

To start: There are numerous articles being shared about the Biolabs that briefly mention the building of two brand new labs in Kyiv and and Odesa beginning in 2019. I’m sure most all of you have seen them. Not sure if any of you have paid attention to those brief mentions, but I did. And while searching for tangible evidence of destroyed Biolabs myself, I came across an official DTRA document regarding the final construction stages of these two new labs.

Dated JULY 28, 2021 (remember that), this is a document (redacted, boo, but it leaves something to the imagination right?) released by the DEFENCE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY (DTRA), COOPERATIVE THREAT REDUCTION (CTR), and BIOLOGICAL THREAT REDUCTION PROGRAM (BTRP), to amend the length of a previous extension request needed in order to bring both the KYIV and ODESA facilities up to compliance with WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION standards before opening. The document states that DTRA believes the previous delay was “an unacceptable, inefficient delay for the government” and they did not want to wait, so theyre issuing a new delay of 7 MONTHS (remember this too). The DTRA goes into expressing concern about theft, destruction of property and the Ukrainian government using the facilities behind their back and without approval during the delay, stating the “DTRA URGENTLY requires the completion of both faciitilies.” (Remember all of this too) They also state that the facilities were 90% complete, but “did not plan for “THIS TYPE” of work to be preformed” at these facilities, so additional safety measures were needed, which was the reason the extension was made in the first place.

So… let me get this straight, the DTRA claims that two new Biolabs in Ukraine were set to be completed on July 28 2021, but due to the “TYPE” of work being performed that they initially did not plan for… the DTRA, CTR, and BTRP asked for an extension to ensure that the facilities were in compliance with WHO standards before opening. THEN asked to RUSH the 7 MONTH extension due to threats??? What type of work? I’ll place bets that it’s GaIn Of FuNcTiOn. Ill also place bets that some of those redactions have some very familiar names under those black bars.

But here’s why I’m really reporting on this: Guys, 7 months from July 28 2021 was FEBUARY 28 2022.

LAST WEEKEND.

A date set in place before Putin began his Operation. Which he ended up doing just days before.

Now we are seeing reports in the news of TWO NEW LABS in KYIV and ODESA being targeted and attacked. Are these the same two labs? Was the DTRA’s concern for the safety of these labs during the proposed delay warranted? Did Putin intentionally stop these two new Biolabs labs from going online and starting operations? It’s starting to seem that way. But then again, I’m just a small anon. :)
